Whenever I hear the song"Everytime We Touch," I immediatly wonder if that's how Bella feels when she kisses Edward. I know that's how I would feel if I ever kissed him.

Whenever I hear "Like a Virgin," it makes me think of kissing Edward, because it's how I would feel. Why do you people diss our fantasies, huh? Like you don't fantasize? Plus, do you people know FOR SURE that he's fictional? No, you don't! People thought Deep Throat was fictional, ok, but he wasn't! He was a real person. You never know!

Sorry, did you just sugest that Edward might be real?? are you brainless! He's a sparkling vampire! I mean WTF! And I just looked up this Deep Throat you mentioned. I didn't seen any mention of anything particularely supernatural! just odd. That wasn't even an argument!

Well, we Twihards are somewhat more well-versed on the past 108 years of American history, so we know what Edward's been up to and we listen in history class, unlike you. Little dragon, you're more like a miniscule lizard. Well, Edward might not be completely real, but haven't you heard of a "based on a true story" story? Do you really think Stephenie Meyer would be creative enough to come up with such a well-rounded and believable character out of thin air?! I think not. Most authors get their inspiration from people they know.

Well-rounded? Believable? Sparkling vampires are NOT believable, and I'm sorry, but if you were a true Tw*l*ght fan, or simply had a brain, you would know that SMeyer came up with the story in a dream, starting with the meadow, hence the whole "Stephenie Meyer's wet dream" thing. If it was based on a true story, the person Edward was based on would being in jail for stalking, at the moment. You know what Edward's been up to for the past 108 years, do you? That's suprising, since vampires are NOT real, men do NOT sparkle, and they most certainly do NOT climb up a wall and into a little girl's bedroom window to watch her sleep. American history never mentions vampires in the American civil war, and it never will.

@team_ron: We meet again. Please explain why you have 209 comments on a site for a book series you don't even like. I'm sorry if that sounds harsh, but you're attacking my love and the very foundation I stand on. Yes, I KNOW Stephenie Meyer SAID she came up with it in a dream, but even if it started with a dream doesn't mean it wasn't corroborated by real-life experience. I'm not going to even address the issue of stalking because Edward was doing it out of love and love is a beautiful thing--unlike Rupert Grint. Yeah, I do know what he's been up to for the last 108 years. I READ THE BOOKS! You don't know if vampires are real, men do sparkle when sweaty, and Bella is not a little girl. Vampires will have their place in history...wait and see.

@ Behindthesegoldeneyes please tell me ur not suggesting that Stephenie meyers wet dream about a sparkly vampire was based on what? An actual occurrence? You think she's some kind of prophet? Oh dear lord please for the sake of what's little left of my belief in humanity tell me you're joking. And vampires do have their place like Dracula or nosferatu anne rice is the original. These are the classics u should read some good literature for a change. I've read the book by the way and between Bella's whining Jacobs obsession with the baby he wanted to murder and edward's pedophilia (he's not 17 would u bang a weird old man if he looked 17) it's a wonder this insane monster fetish books ever took off. Here let me save u 300 pages of the book. His Adonis like body was so pale and cold as I shuddered at his chiseled Adonis like eyes which were golden that contrasted perfectly with his Adonis like pale skin and chiseled face with his golden eyes and pale skin. I mean come on! If you insist on reading a middle aged womans masturbatory fantasy be my guest but don't act like this is the first vampire romance novel, don't compare it to Harry potter, and don't make a religion out of it.

And there is scientific proof vampires aren't real. It's physically impossible for a heart to not beat and still function and no life can sustain on purely blood. Plus no bodies have been found that could suggest a vampire attack. It's just not logical the truth is hard to accept but try to grasp it please.

Sorry, but vampires do not exist!! Stephanie Meyer just had a real good imagination...but come on how hard is it 2 come up with a vampire who sparkles who falls in love with a person? It's the fantasy man come 2 life in the books. This argument is stupid we all know the answer. it's okay 2 like twilight, but being that obsessed is unhealthy u need to have a balance of reality and fantasy

Like wow why is it with you people! Like obsessed much. First off Edward Cullen is completely ugly, like serious UCK! Second it is pathetic how u people act as if he is real and even if he was u wouldn't have a chance. Now I have read the books and they r good but I am not obsessed like u guys it's just creepy
