No... It means you got a papercut. I got a papercut at my boyfriends' house once. Coincidence? No, because papercuts are common.

...Yess...that would be what is called a coincidence. Definition: "an occurrence of two or more events at one time by mere chance." So, yes, that would be a coincidence. It has no greater meaning.
