You're totally a wolf. But what I heard is that sometimes the ability to change your body can lie dormant for a while, but one way to speed it up is to throw yourself in front of a car. The danger your in will cause your wolf form to release, and you'll be a fully capable shapeshifter! Throwing yourself off a cliff works too. Or tying bowling balls to your feet and jumping in a river. You know, anything life-threatening. Please.
